Terms & Conditions:

 We guarantee all of our reptiles to arrive alive, healthy, feeding, and to be of top quality.   Furthermore, we guarantee all of our reptiles to be properly sexed unless other wise stated.   Rest assured if you are not happy with your purchase we will make every effort to solve the problem to your satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we must be notified within 24 hours of the customer receiving the package. 

On all our animals we have a 1 month quality waranty.

Payement Info:

If you wish to place an animal on hold, we will accept a 25% non-refundable deposit of the cost of the reptile in order to do so. The reptile will remain on hold for two weeks.   If the reptile isn't paid for in full after the two weeks, the deposit is forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon.

Reservations will be handed over on one of the shows choosen by the customer, these reservations have to be picked up at our table before the end of the show ( see Show page for dates).

All reservations that have not been picked up at the end of the show will still be property of dreamgeckos.com until a new appiontment for pickup hase been made. the costs for not picking up a reservation before the end of the show is 20 euro,- to be paid at the next pickup apointment this will be done 3 times after the 3rd time non pickup the gecko will remain the property of dreamgeckos.com and the paid monney will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon.
